The Trifecta Brownies



2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
6 Tablespoons Water
¾ Cup Paleo Flour
½ Cup Dutch Process Cocoa
½ Cup Swerve Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Canola Oil

1/2 Cup Hot Coffee
1/4 Cup Lily's Chocolate Chips

 Gently combine flaxseed and water in a small bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Add flour to a large mixing bowl. Sift in cocoa and powdered sugar and mix. Add baking powder and salt; mix.

Mix flaxseed mixture and canola oil into flour mixture.

Gently mix in coffee then stir in chocolate chips.

Spray 7" x 13" brownie pan with cooking spray.

Bake at 325 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
